Your new companyBristol based businessYour new roleWe are looking for a highly driven Finance and Legal Transformation Manager to lead complex legal entity restructuring and transformation initiatives across our organisation. This role will play a critical part in delivering a major legal merger activity alongside two key restructuring programmes-from discovery and planning through to execution and successful integration.You will take ownership of end-to-end delivery, ensuring alignment across multiple functions and geographies while managing budgets, stakeholders, and risks to achieve outstanding results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams including Legal, Tax, Group, IT, and in-country HR and Operations teamsDrive end-to-end transformation activities, from due diligence and planning through to implementation and post-transaction supportManage external legal and tax advisors, ensuring timely provision of financial and tax insights to support decision-makingOversee all project governance, including action plans and change control processesEnsure robust risk identification, mitigation, and escalation via the Restructuring Steering CommitteeCollaborate closely with integration leads, and finance SMEs (R2R, P2P, O2C) to ensure seamless deliverySupport pre- and post-transaction readiness across group functionsReview and approve accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial systemsEnsure compliance with statutory, tax, and ..... full job details .....
