This is a commercially focused finance position, combining financial governance, investment appraisal, budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting in a fast-paced change environment. This opportunity will required an experienced senior finance professional who can demonstrate they have led a transformation programme of work and have demonstrated experience providing strategic finance advice to C-Suite stakeholders within a fast-paced private-equity backed organisation. Key Responsibilities Review and challenge investment cases, ensuring robust financial assumptions and clear business benefits. Provide financial oversight across multiple transformation workstreams, tracking spend against budget and identifying risks and opportunities. Produce monthly financial reporting and management information for senior stakeholders. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for the transformation programme.
