Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end delivery of core finance services including Accounts Payable, Credit Control and Billing, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with statutory and internal deadlines.Maintain robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and audit requirements.Use financial data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.Lead on system optimisation and automation within finance operations (e.g. ERP enhancements, workflow tools).Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, Procurement, etc.) to ensure seamless service integration across the business.Develop and manage KPIs/SLAs for service delivery and ensure a strong customer service ethos across the team.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial ..... full job details .....
