The role is full-time and office-based.As Finance Trainee, you will help ensure the smooth and accurate processing of our purchase ledger. Your day-to-day work will involve handling invoices, supporting payment processes, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and colleagues.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately processing, matching and inputting invoicesHandling staff expenses and company credit card transactionsSetting up and maintaining supplier accountsInvestigating and resolving supplier queriesSupporting regular reconciliation and reporting activitiesLiaising with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operationsAbout YouSome experience in an accounts, finance or administrative roleAAT Level 2, 3 or 4 (or working towards), or equivalent Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressureA genuine interest in financial processes and working with numbersGood Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables)A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and growDesirable (but not essential)Experience with finance or accounting softwareKnowledge of the industry in which you''ll be workingWhat We OfferAAT study supportPrivate ..... full job details .....
