What You Will Be Doing Leading a finance team through a live system changeover, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly while everything else changes around them. Mentoring, guiding and developing the team, providing regular support so nobody feels lost or left behind during the transition. Allocating workloads effectively, making sure deadlines and service levels are consistently met. Acting as the first point of escalation for complex queries, issues and process challenges.
