Finance Team Leader

We''re recruiting for an experienced Finance Team Leader to join a well-established business based in Cambridge, on a full time, permanent basis. You''ll be responsible for managing a team of 8-10 finance professionals, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong financial controls and supporting the smooth running of the finance function.Responsibilities:Lead, coach and develop a finance team.Oversee month-end and year-end processes.Review journals, accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant.Monitor team performance and support continuous improvement.Requirements:Previous experience managing a finance team.Strong technical accounting knowledge.Experience with month-end reporting, journals and balance sheet reconciliations.Ideally ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified, finalist or QBE with 10+ years'' experience in a similar roleWhat''s on Offer?£50,000 - £55,000 (depending of experience)5% annual bonusHybrid working, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home)25 days holiday + bank holidaysExcellent benefits packageIf this role is of interest and you''d like more information and your CV sent across to our client for consideration, please apply now and speak with Katherine Pearl at The One Group. ..... full job details .....
