Finance Team Leader

Overview

Team Lead - Accounting and FPandA - 12 Month ContractAre you an Accountant with a track record in team leadership and audit management? We are looking for a Team Lead - Accounting and FPandA to drive month-end, reporting and financial planning activity in a dynamic and growing business. This is a high-impact role where you will lead a small but capable team partnering with all departments across the organisation. You will take full ownership of month-end, audits, forecasting and FPandA projects, supporting decision-making at senior levels through clear, actionable financial insight.Responsibilities

Lead the full month-end close and submit financials to group on time.Manage external audits for multiple legal entities.Coordinate tax packs and ensure accurate, timely legal and regulatory submissions.Manage, mentor and support the teamOversee FPandA projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow analysis.Own and improve key finance processes: rebates, fixed assets, and internal controls.Review balance sheet reconciliations and ensure compliance with ISO9001 controls.What You Bring

Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), or QBE with strong experience.Experience leading a finance team.Proven experience managing audit cycles and stakeholder relationships.Strong communicator with sharp attention to detail.Excellent IT Skills including ExcelReady to Take the Lead?
