Finance Systems Manager - ERP Transformation - Banking Excellent opportunity opens up to join a fast-growing UK bank as a Finance Systems Manager, taking ownership of a major ERP transformation. You will play a central role in the implementation of Workday, driving delivery across Finance and IT and shaping how finance systems operate across the business. This is a highly visible role with real ownership, where you will influence system design, integration, and process improvement at scale. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain accounting software and systems, ensuring alignment with financial reporting standards and compliance requirements. Lead the integration of new financial systems and enhancements, ensuring seamless transition and data accuracy. Conduct reviews of financial systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce best practices for financial data management. Provide training and support across finance team members on accounting systems and tools. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Drive documentation of system processes and procedures.
