Your role will ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the Finance system.Key responsibilities include:Act as the primary liaison between Finance and Technology teams for all the Finance systems.Act as the primary liaison between the Enterprise Reporting user community and Technology teams for the reporting platform.Act as the primary technical support contact between the HR and Technology teams for the HR systems.Ensure the availability, performance, accuracy, and compliance of Finance and Reporting applications.Manage, prioritize, and fulfill service requests, incidents, and enhancements.Coordinate with other IT teams to ensure alignment with ITIL-based service management processes.Monitor and validate key operational processes and reports integrated with Dynamics 365 Finance to ensure timely processing with accurate data.Collaborate with finance process owners to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions.Manage third-party vendors and service providers delivering application support.Lead and mentor the team to deliver maintenance and operational support of the Finance systems and enterprise reporting services.Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through performance management, regular feedback, and coaching.Conduct 1-2-1s and quarterly performance reviews with team members to support development and training needs.Set and review objectives for the team and create development plans.What we are looking for:You’ll have proven, hands-on experience managing finance systems, with in-depth expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
