Act as the key contact between Finance, business stakeholders and external system providers. Manage finance systems configuration, maintenance and enhancements to improve efficiency and financial reporting. Coordinate system implementation activities, including data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), training and go-live support. Plan and oversee UAT, ensuring testing is completed, documented and issues are resolved. Investigate, manage and resolve finance systems issues, working with suppliers and internal users. Support system upgrades, new functionality and process improvements, ensuring successful adoption across the business. Develop and maintain user guides, process documentation and testing records to support governance and audit requirements. Deliver training and provide ongoing support to finance system users.
