This is a hands-on role combining financial systems expertise, technical accounting and process improvement. You will identify inefficiencies, recommend practical solutions and lead the implementation of changes that improve automation, strengthen controls and make day-to-day finance operations more efficient. Key responsibilities will include: Reviewing existing finance systems and processes to identify issues, inefficiencies and opportunities for automation. Leading agreed improvements through to implementation, ensuring new processes are documented and embedded. Reviewing month-end procedures, reconciliations, financial reporting and internal controls.
