Identify how organisational, system and process changes will impact teams and individuals. Assess business readiness ahead of key programme milestones. Develop practical solutions to support successful adoption. Stakeholder Management and Engagement Build strong relationships across multiple levels of the business. Develop stakeholder maps and engagement strategies. Manage stakeholder expectations and proactively address resistance. Work with Change Champions and Leadership teams to drive buy-in and adoption. Communications and Training Create engaging communications focused on "what this means for me". Develop change toolkits, guidance materials and supporting documentation.
