This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background in car finance who thrives in a fast paced, target driven environment.What''s on Offer:Basic Salary of up to 30,000 Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE of 50,000+Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm, 5 days per week (including alternative Saturdays)Key ResponsibilitiesProactively support customers throughout their car buying journeyBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealer partners, and lendersTake a problem solving approach to understand customer needs and provide suitable finance solutionsManage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate recordsEnsure compliance with DPA requirements, FCA regulations, and company guidelinesDemonstrate excellent organisational and time management skillsUse car finance platforms such as AutoConvert or Enquiry Labs (preferred)Maintain a high level of integrity and professionalismContribute to team success by providing feedback and identifying areas for improvementWhat We''re Looking ForProven track record in car finance sales with the ability to demonstrate previous performanceExperience using car finance systems (e.g. lender portals, AutoConvert, Enquiry Labs, or similar)Strong communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage workload effectively and meet targetsHigh attention to detail ..... full job details .....
