The project will involve bringing together the finance, payroll and operational processes, ensuring accurate timesheet data feeds into weekly payments and working with an outsourced provider to deliver a controlled and reliable payment process. Key deliverables: • Take ownership of the project plan and drive delivery through to completion • Oversee the implementation and close out of the time and attendance system and processes • Develop and improve starters, leavers, rates and weekly payment processes • Review timesheet data, reconciliations, calculations and payment outputs to identify gaps and errors • Manage and review parallel runs to ensure the new process is accurate before going live • Support the implementation and integration of an outsourced payroll/payment provider • Work through system integration and data requirements with internal teams and external suppliers • Document key finance and payr...
