Our client is looking for an experienced Corporate Finance Manager.

Essential Requirements
-          Must be a fully qualified accountant and be basically, a hands-on technical accountant that will also have all the responsibility for all corporate finance items
 
-          Must have sufficient and recent experience in District and Borough Councils
 
-          For the first couple of weeks will need to be on site in Rugby probably for at least 4 days each week – so that they can understand what is going and to meet all the relevant people
o   After that it will need a weekly on site presence of 2 or 3 days – depending on business need
 
-          Inside IR35
 
This is not a ‘just manage’ – it’s very many hands on
 
-          Including responsibility for and possibly doing:-
o   Production of the statement of accounts
o   External Audit
o   VAT
o   CIS returns
o   Fixed Asset Register
o   Accounts Payable
o   Treasury Management and Banking
o   Cash Flow
o   Delta returns
o   WGA
o   Anything and everything else that needs doing
