This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance, Planning and Analysis Manager to join on a maternity cover contract and play a key role in financial planning, analysis, reporting and decision-making. The postholder will provide insight, develop forecasts, support budgeting, and work closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders. Key Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis and provide insight on business performance, including variance analysis, trend analysis and financial forecasting. Prepare and present clear financial reports and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders. Lead on grants management and reporting in collaboration with the Development team, including budget proposal support, grant expenditure analysis and donor reporting. Complete monthly grant expenditure allocations, highlight major variances and recommend remedial actions where appropriate.
