US law firm , to recruit an experienced Paralegal to join its

Infrastructure Finance team

on a permanent basis.The successful candidate will support attorneys and coordinate work for high-profile transactions across energy, transport, and social infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:Preparing legal documentsConducting legal research and creating reportsCoordinate closing and signing processes for transactionsTo be considered, candidates will have a minimum of a years’ corporate experience.
