Finance Operations Team Leader (12-month fixed term contract) — London Gatwick. Circa GBP40,000, GBP1,100 flex allowance, up to 15% bonus + benefits. Where will your career take you? This role takes an office first hybrid approach here at London Gatwick, with three days a week in the office, two days remote, managed around the needs of the business.What is the role?

The Finance Operations Team Leader is a hands-on role, supporting both the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams, as well as overseeing the invoicing and cash management. This role will learn and be able to provide cover for both the Retail Accountant role and the Commercial Accounts role to provide resilience within the team.What will you do?

Day-to-day management of a team of 6, participating in 121''s and ongoing development conversationsManaging internal and external stakeholder relationships, conduct Monthly AR and AP review meetings with FinOps ManagerAssisting the FinOps Manager at month end; month end close process and reporting, monthly dashboard, bad debt provisionAssisting in Identifying and implementation of process improvementsConduct Bad Debt write off reviews and weekly Top 50 reportingLearn and support the Retail Accountants role within the AR teamLearn and support the Commercial Accounts Assistant to cover parking accounting reconciliationsDo you have what we''re looking for?

Essential - sound working knowledge of SAPExcel intermediate / advanced (macros/Xlookups)BACS / Bottomline PTX and banking platformsComplete understanding of P2P process including GRIR and PO managementExperience in Order to Cash process, including billing and collectionsAbility to liaise with senior internal stakeholders, and liaise with treasury on forecasts and treasury paymentsExperience within credit management / reportingProven experience with month end close processesExperience of managing a team and ability to adapt to conflicting prioritiesWhat\''s in it for you?
