Finance Operations Officer - International Bank

Join our Finance team as a Finance Operations Officer and play a vital role in keeping the engine of our banking operations running smoothly. Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager, you will be at the heart of daily financial activity, ensuring accuracy, control, and timely reporting across the business.This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to Head Office, manage General Ledger reconciliations, and support critical processes such as liquidity reporting, VAT returns, and Bank of England submissions. From processing invoices and supplier payments to maintaining bank reconciliations and supporting debit card entries, your work will directly underpin the integrity of our financial data and operations.Role: Finance Operations Analyst, Finance Operations Officer, Financial Control Analyst, Regulatory Reporting Analyst, Finance OfficerSalary: up to £55k base salary + Bonus and great benefits including 12.5% pensionLocation: Central London Hybrid working is in place with 4 days a week spent in the office and 1 day from home. We re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with at least three years experience in a similar role in banking, including strong Excel skills, and a solid understanding of finance operations.
