Finance Officer Part-TimeLocation: CheddarStart Date: As soon as possibleContract: Temporary until December 2026Hours: Part-time, with full-time considered for the right candidateWe are currently seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join a Central Team based in Cheddar.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional with previous school finance experience and knowledge of PS Financials. The role is initially offered on a part-time basis, although full-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience working within a school or education setting Experience using PS Financials Strong understanding of financial administration and processes Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to manage financial information accurately and confidentially Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team A professional and proactive approach to their work Key responsibilities may include: Supporting the day-to-day financial administration Processing invoices, purchase orders and financial transactions Maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with reconciliations and financial reporting Monitoring and processing payments Supporting budget monitoring and general finance queries Working closely with colleagues across the Central Team Ensuring financial procedures and processes are followed correctly Vetting ..... full job details .....
