Due to an upcoming project, they are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join their Finance team to assist with the work load during this busy period of time.The contract is due to last from 6-9 months.What you will be doing:Assisting with budget monitoring and investigating variances as required on projected outturn to budgets.Assist with revenue and capital monitoring process.Assisting with monitoring of debtors for both the company Transactional processing and monitoring.Raising invoices in a timely manner.Processing onto the general ledgers and subsequent reporting and monitoring of all transactions and reconciliation to related systems.Assist with monthly reconciliation of the company bank account and cash book.Reconciling petty cash records.Reconciling monthly charges from the suppliersPreparing, processing and providing financial data for all transactions, statements andpayments relating to non-core servicesAssisting with processing of purchase invoices when required (e.g. periods of high volume, backlog or sickness absence)Undertaking all month end journal preparation for accruals/WIP and ensure timely andaccurate posting to the ledgersAssisting in the close down of the annual accounts at the financial ..... full job details .....
