Finance Officer

Robertson Bell are recruiting for a Finance Officer on behalf of a well-established organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced transactional finance professional to join a supportive finance team, taking ownership of billing, income processing and credit control activities within a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:• Manage billing schedules and raise sales invoices accurately and on time• Process recharge invoicing and administer direct debits• Allocate and reconcile incoming payments, ensuring income is recorded correctly• Support credit control and debt recovery activities, including resolving customer queries• Maintain accurate debtor records and income information across finance systems• Process routine journals and support cashflow forecasting activities• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure billing information remains accurate• Contribute to process improvements and strengthen financial controlsThe Successful Candidate:• Experience within Accounts Receivable, Sales Ledger, Billing or Finance Officer roles• Strong background in billing, sales invoicing and income reconciliation• Experience supporting credit control and debt recovery activities• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines• Good Excel skills and confidence using finance systems• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and resolve queries effectively• AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT would be advantageousWhat''s on Offer:• ..... full job details .....
