This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health of the school by handling various financial and administrative tasks.Day-to-day of the role:Operate the school''s general and fund accounts, including posting income and expenditure, carrying out month-end procedures, submitting VAT returns, and completing year-end reporting.Maintain records of free school meals and manage related financial administration.Administer school lettings, manage internal room bookings, and maintain records of commercial lettings.Handle the administration of nursery services, lunch club, dinner money, and school milk.Process all invoices and expenses through BACS and manage online banking operations.Track and manage debts in accordance with the school''s debt management policy.Update the school website with relevant information on lettings and school menus.Assist with pupil welfare matters and contribute to the marketing and promotion of the school''s facilities.Ensure compliance with GDPR and provide first aid cover as needed.Perform reception ..... full job details .....
