Finance Officer - Purchase Ledger Part-time: 12-15 hours per week Starting salary: £25,253 per annum (pro rata) Permanent contract Incentives: Generous holiday allowance and stakeholder pension Our client is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join their Central Team. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day operations of their finance function, focusing on purchase ledger and payments. Their Central Team provides essential support across their services. You will be responsible for: - Inputting invoice data and maintaining accurate financial records in Xero - Setting up and reconciling supplier payments - Liaising with service managers for approvals and managing queries with suppliers - Reconciling PayPal, Soldo and petty cash transactions - Supporting utility and expenditure tracking - Providing cover for the Sales Ledger Finance Officer as needed The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: - At least 12 months'' experience in a finance or accounting function - Strong working knowledge of purchase ledger processes - Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Xero) and spreadsheets - Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills - A flexible and proactive approach to supporting a busy team Closing date: 9.00 AM, Monday 12th May 2025 Interviews: Wednesday 14th and/or Thursday 15th May 2025 ..... full job details .....
