      <description>Location: Surrey | Salary: 30000.00-30000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Robertson Bell are delighted to be partnering with a respected not-for-profit organisation to recruit a Finance Officer on a permanent, part-time basis (21 hours per week).This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative finance team within a values-led organisation. Following a recent restructure, they are seeking an experienced finance professional to support a busy Accounts Payable function and help maintain efficient processes and strong financial controls.Key Responsibilities:• Review and process invoices through the purchase-to-pay system• Resolve supplier and internal stakeholder queries• Reconcile supplier statements and investigate discrepancies• Prepare payment runs and support BACS and foreign currency payments• Review expenses and corporate card claims• Support system administration and user training• Ensure compliance with financial policies and proceduresThe Successful Candidate:• Previous experience within Accounts Payable or a similar finance role• Experience using a purchase-to-pay system• Strong understanding of invoice processing, reconciliations and payment runs• Intermediate Excel skills• Excellent attention to detail and communication sk...</description>
