Purpose of the Role: The Finance Officer will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of the organisation''s finances. With a focus on accurate financial records and reporting, this position will support the Chief Operating Officer and work closely with the external finance provider. Key Responsibilities: Financial Administration:- Process invoices, expenses, and payments with precision and timeliness. - Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records. - Support payroll administration in collaboration with the external finance provider. Budget Monitoring and Reporting:- Assist in the monthly reconciliation of income and expenditure against the budget. - Help maintain the quarterly and annual financial milestone tracker linked to programme KPIs. - Prepare data for monthly management accounts and Board financial reporting. - Support the preparation of financial reports for funders, including National Lottery and Local Authority partners.
