Finance Officer (Part-Time)

Change Recruitment have great pleasure in supporting a public sector organisation in finding an experienced Finance Officer to join their finance team. This is a vital part of the financial administration team, ensuring all transactional accounting duties are in order.This role offers 24 hours a week (flexibility is available on how these hours are worked, but this role is 100% office based) and a take home salary of £17,126.00pa. There may be potential to increase these hours, and therefore take home salary, please call to discuss further.Main duties for this role include:Answer telephone/e-mail queries on a daily basisPurchase Ledger - to maintain the purchase ledger systemIncome - to ensure all income has been receipted and all cash sheets are banked and processed weeklyPetty Cash - maintain a petty cash and reconciling any requests for reimbursementSales Ledger - to maintain the sales ledgerCredit control - to carry out credit control procedures as requiredYear End Accounts Preparation - to assist finance management as requiredThis is a great opportunity to join a business that supports the local community with excellent services.
