Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage workload independently following financial guidelines and desktop procedures issued by the Head of International Finance and Services.Monitor ledger and field office transfers monthly to ensure ledger integrity, investigating and rectifying anomalies.Track fund transfers, ensuring approvals are complete and liaising with regional finance teams to submit weekly transfer sheets by 12pm UK time every Tuesday.Assist with preparing weekly consolidated transfer sheets.On AX, report all approved fund transfer ..... full job details .....
