      <description>Location: Colchester | Salary: &amp;pound;35000 - &amp;pound;37000/annum | Type: Permanent | Finance Officer   Our client, based on the outskirts of Colchester, is seeking an experienced Finance Officer to join the team on a permanent basis.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining day-to-day financial operations with wider finance responsibilities, working closely with the Head of Finance to ensure strong financial controls and high-quality reporting across the organisation.  The role will also contribute to month-end processes, balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting, whilst providing finance support across the wider business.  Duties will include:   Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner  Prepare weekly supplier payment schedules for approval  Raise customer invoices and ensure they are issued promptly  Process utility and other agreed recharges to tenants  Post bank, credit card and Revolut transactions within Sage  Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are appropriately coded  Process purchase requests and orders as authorised by the management team  Support the Head of Finance with the monthly payroll process and prepare payroll information for submission to the external payroll pr...</description>
