Based in Belfast with a flexible hybrid working arrangement, you will become part of a collaborative finance team committed to excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.Your new role Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate financial records, effective transaction processing and strong financial controls.Key responsibilities will include:Processing financial transactions including purchases, sales, payments and nominal ledger entries.Maintaining accurate supplier records and preparing supplier payment runs in line with organisational procedures.Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.Leading on company credit card reconciliations and resolving discrepancies where required.Analysing income reports from fundraising and donation platforms and preparing associated journals.Supporting supplier query resolution and invoice approval ..... full job details .....
