Summary Do you have experience with finance in either a professional or school capacity? We are looking to appoint a dedicated and organised Finance Officer to oversee financial duties across Harris Academy Peckham and Harris Girls'' Academy East Dulwich. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience who is reliable, proactive, committed to maintaining high standards off accuracy and confidentiality. The actual salary for this role will be £32,712.26-£34,706.16 (40 weeks per year, 37.5 hours per week). Main Areas of Responsibility Your responsibilities will include: Managing purchase orders, invoices, expenses and supplier queries within the finance system Processing BACS payments, credit cards, petty cash and completing bank reconciliations Handling bursary claims, raising sales invoices and ensuring timely income collection Supporting budget holders with monthly monitoring and reporting Managing the ParentPay system, including queries, debtors ..... full job details .....
