Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records using accounting software Sage 50.
- Sales/Purchase Ledger: Process sales and purchase ledger invoices and credit notes on Sage in GBP EUR and USD.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Sage 50 and Excel experience is essential.
- Familiarity with accounts payable processes and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
