Finance Officer

A prestigious company based in Warwickshire are seeking a Finance Officer to join their team.
This is a hybrid role work 35 hours per week. 
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation''s financial health, while developing valuable skills and building a foundation for future growth within the finance team.
As the Finance Officer you will:
- Be responsible for all income and expenditure transactions for the business.
- Oversee end to end supplier payment process.
- Support daily, weekly and month-end cash and bank processes, working closely with the financial accounting team.
- Administrate insurance policy documentations, liaise with broker and coordinate annual renewals.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Effective communication skills both internally and externally.
- Supervise a small team. 
- Able to act as key point of contact for all transactional financial related queries.
We are looking for a Finance Officer with:
- A strong understanding of finance operations.
- Experience supervising transactional finance function.
- Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
In return you will receive a salary of £33,000 - £35,000 per annum plus pension, healthcare, discount on products / tickets to shows.
