Finance Officer

A prestigious company based in Warwickshire are seeking a Finance Officer to join their team.This is a hybrid role work 35 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation''s financial health, while developing valuable skills and building a foundation for future growth within the finance team.As the Finance Officer you will: Be responsible for all income and expenditure transactions for the business.Oversee end to end supplier payment process.Support daily, weekly and month-end cash and bank processes, working closely with the financial accounting team.Administrate insurance policy documentations, liaise with broker and coordinate annual renewals.Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.Effective communication skills both internally and externally.Supervise a small team. Able to act as key point of contact for all transactional financial related queries. We are looking for a Finance Officer with: A strong understanding of finance operations.Experience supervising transactional finance function.Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications.
