We are partnering with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and lead the Finance Team. This is an immediate start opportunity for a proactive finance professional with strong SAGE experience, a proven track record in management, and solid experience within the financial services industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations to support the Company Directors in strategic decision-making. Oversee the Finance Team, providing leadership, guidance, and development. Responsibility for credit control, commission/fee reconciliations, and accurate reporting. Manage client invoicing, month-end reconciliations, and supplier payments. Develop and maintain business processes, accounting policies, and internal controls. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Lead ad-hoc projects, drive process improvements, and ensure operational efficiency. About You: Minimum 2 years experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role. Solid background within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of sector-specific processes and compliance. Extensive experience with SAGE and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong leadership and people management skills with a collaborative approach.
