Finance ManagerLocation: Winchester (Hybrid working - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home)Salary: 45,000 - 50,000 per annum + benefitsWe are working on behalf of a well-established organisation with a nationwide presence to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. This is a key leadership role within the finance function, managing a small team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of finance activities across the business.The successful candidate will be a confident people manager with a proactive approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.The RoleReporting into senior leadership, you will have responsibility for the finance team, consisting of 5 direct reports (3 full-time, 2 part-time), and will oversee core financial operations while supporting business decision-making.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and develop the finance team, ensuring all monthly and routine finance tasks are completed accurately and on time Oversee monthly management accounts preparation, including reconciliations and variance analysis Perform and review balance sheet and control account reconciliations Monitor monthly actual costs, providing insight and commentary Produce and maintain a suite of cost reports, trend analysis, and financial summaries Ensure payroll is accurately checked, approved, and submitted within deadlines Provide audit support, including preparation and maintenance of supporting documentation ..... full job details .....
