You will report to the Group Finance Director and work daily with production, procurement and supply chain. Ownership Financial control Run the month end close and produce management accounts and board reporting packs. Review balance sheet reconciliations and maintain the control environment. Lead the external audit and manage the relationships. Operational finance and costing Own the standard costing model and keep it accurate as processes and material mix change. Analyse production variances, yield, contamination and machine efficiency, and take the findings back to the plant teams. Quantify production losses and identify recovery.
