Finance ManagerSouthampton / hybrid£55-70k DOEAbout the CompanyWe are exclusively partnering with a very fast-growing, UK-based consumer retailer who are expanding into new markets and building a finance function that supports scalable, international growth.The RoleWe are seeking a highly capable Finance Manager to take full ownership of end-to-end accounting and statutory reporting for the UK business, while also playing a key role in establishing and managing a new EU entity. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact turning financial data into actionable insight and supporting commercial decisions within a robust governance framework.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial and Technical Accounting Own the general ledger for UK and EU entitiesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under UK GAAP (FRS 102); support IFRS alignment for group reportingManage month-end close including journals, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, stock, deferred revenueLead balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aged itemsOversee cashflow forecasting and liquidity management Management Accounting and Business Partnering Deliver accurate management accounts (PandL, balance sheet, cashflow)Support FPandA with reporting packs, variance analysis, KPI dashboardsPartner with stakeholders across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and e-commerceContribute to budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modelling Multi-Entity, EU and Tax Compliance Support financial and operational setup of EU ..... full job details .....
