Finance Manager

Venture Recruitment are partnering with a successful and globally operating business for an exciting opportunity in a senior financial position. Our client is looking for a fully qualified, experienced financial manager to take on a fast-paced, varied, and hands-on managerial role in support of their growing business on a contract basis.Location: GuildfordHybrid: 2 days in office, with higher attendance in initial period Salary: £(Apply online only) per day (umbrella)Contract: 6 monthsResponsibilities:Management accounting and financial control- Business improvement and process change- Internal business partnering- Monthly review of reconciliations- Leading statutory audit preparation- Budget and quarterly forecasting preparationBusiness reporting and Analysis- Monthly financial reviews- Working capital analysis- Assisting with group projects- Analysing data for business intelligenceTeam management- Direct line management of relocation accounting and accounts payable- Further support of broader finance and operations teamsRequirements: - 5 years post qualification experience (CIMA/ACCA) in a senior accounting role- Experience of change management in a finance role supporting business processes- Strong technical knowledge with accounting systems usage and development - Knowledge of preparation and development of financial reporting - Ability to complete month end processes, reviews and controls around financial and management accountingIf you''re interested please apply below ..... full job details .....
