Role and Responsibilities:Support the completion of month end closure and management reporting, including:
Prepayments, Accruals, Depreciation and Balance sheet reconciliationsCash flow forecastsPreparation of the Management Accounts Pack for internal stakeholders
Quarterly reporting, including:
VAT submissionsRevenue by client and category, and overhead reforecastingTrust Assembly and other periodic Trust updates
Discuss overheads with cost centre owners and capture future expenditure plansReconcile credit card expenditure and ensure claims are submitted by holdersOversee the work of the Finance Assistant to ensure we have robust Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processesSupport our internal reporting of client profitability by project to encourage margin improvementSupport creation of the annual budgetManage the end-to-end audit process and be a key point of contact with external auditorsAssist with ongoing evaluation of financial controls and risks to optimise resilience of the businessSupport the Financial Controller to execute and report against the long-term business planPrepare and interpret data to support and improve decisionsOther Ad hoc tasks as briefed by Financial ControllerWhat we offer
