Our exclusive client based locally in Harrogate are recruiting for a part time Finance Manager to join their well established company and team. The candidate will be organised, proactive and oversee the day-to-day finance operation. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth and timely management of the practice''s finances. Key responsibilities include: Preparing and issuing client invoices via Xero and other client portals. Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments. Processing and paying supplier and consultant invoices. Requesting and managing purchase orders as required. Preparing and monitoring practice budgets and expenditure. Providing regular financial forecasts and cash flow projections to support effective business planning. Monitoring practice expenditure and identifying potential variances against budgets. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Assisting with cash flow management and bi-weekly financial reporting to MD. Processing employee expenses in line with Expenses Policy.
