Management Accountant/Finance Manager East Lancashire £45-50k Permanent We''re supporting a well-established manufacturing business in the East Lancashire area as they look to appoint a commercially minded Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This isn''t a direct people-management role. This isn''t just a desk-based role - you''ll be a key partner to operational teams, occasionally (once a month maximum) visiting additional sites to support month-end processes, improve reporting accuracy, and provide meaningful financial insight. As Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a manufacturing company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial regulations. This role involves the individual working as part of a team, providing strategic financial guidance to the senior management team, monitoring company performance, and supporting cost control initiatives to drive profitability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal company policies.
