Due to significant growth, they are looking to expand their finance team by welcoming a Finance Manager to the team. Your Role: Overseeing the day-today accounting for the group entities, including maintenance of all financial data and information Ownership of the portfolio company data collection, analysis and reporting across financial and ESG metrics Assisting with the preparation of internal management information, investor reporting, annual financial statements, tax returns and fundraising materials Assisting with the regulatory responsibilities and overseeing the completion of the compliance monitoring Deliver reporting and insights to both internal and external stakeholders Working closely with fund administrators to make ..... full job details .....
