Finance Manager Permanent Based in Crawley (hybrid 2 days at home) £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus quarterly bonus and potential study support Ref: TA2284 Tony Alan Recruitment currently has an exciting job opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing business in the Crawley area on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to report directly to the Finance Director and take ownership of the month-end accounts for a £20m turnover business. With projected growth to £40m over the next few years, the role offers significant scope for professional development and increased responsibility. Your duties will include: Supervising one member of staff Producing monthly management accounts for the Finance Director to review Providing commentary and analysis Cashflow forecasting Profit and loss accounts Setting budgets Variance analysis Balance sheet reconciliations Producing and submitting quarterly VAT returns CIS reporting Oversee the transactional side of finance to include sales ledger, credit control, purchase ledger Key requirements: Experience of working at a similar level would be beneficial however you will receive training to be able to fulfil the complete job role You must have experience of using an ERP system Experience of working within a SME would be beneficial Strong user of Excel and ideally a reporting tool This role would suit someone at any level of ACCA/CIMA/ACA/AAT studies or qualified by experience If you feel that you would be suitable ..... full job details .....
