Finance Manager12-month contract Based in Liverpool Hybrid Paying up to 77k per annum We''re supporting a global organisation with the appointment of a Finance Manager on a 12-month contract. This is a broad finance leadership role with responsibility across financial reporting, consolidation, statutory accounts, controls and audit, alongside the leadership and development of an established finance team.The role offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders and involvement in a number of significant finance transformation and systems programmes. The roleYou''ll take ownership of key elements of the financial reporting cycle, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely delivery across a portfolio of international entities. You''ll also work closely with Group Reporting, Tax, Treasury, FPandA and external auditors, acting as a trusted point of contact on accounting and reporting matters.Your responsibilities will include:Leading month-end, quarter-end and year-end reporting activities.Supporting global consolidation activities and ensuring reporting meets IFRS and group requirements.Reviewing financial information and investigating discrepancies across reporting systems.Overseeing statutory accounts preparation, filing and external audit processes.Providing guidance on technical accounting matters and key accounting judgements.Maintaining a strong financial control environment and driving improvements where required.Leading, coaching and developing a team of accounting ..... full job details .....
