Overview

We are currently looking for a Finance Manager to join our London finance team. You will be responsible for proactively partnering across the Western Europe Market Group team, providing insightful analysis, challenge and influence to drive growth in a financially balanced manner.Responsibilities

Act as the Finance Business Partner, driving the financial agenda across Western EuropeHandle budgeting and analytics for the B2B division in Western Europe, including regular and ad-hoc reporting to the Market Group leadership teamIdentify risks and opportunities through detailed business performance analysisProvide financial leadership with strategic and tactical investment or savings initiatives, building transparency of key PandL drivers to enable better decisions and liaising with other Finance areas (e.g., corporate reporting)Support the broader Western Europe Finance organization, leading at least one major financial or organizational process for the teamOwn the weekly team meetings to improve the culture of the Finance Team in Western EuropeServe as the main contact for Finance in Western Europe within the Global Monthly Finance Network (MFN)Appropriate proficiency in Financial Planning and Analysis or relevant finance/accounting credentialsQualifications

Thrive in progressing and exploring finance from a business-focused and forward-thinking viewpoint, such as supporting senior executives in developing business strategiesExcellent at conveying messages and creating impactful content for senior leadership, with a track record of facilitating discussionsManaging relationships; engage in negotiations, accept constructive disagreements, maintain effective communicationProficient in prioritizing and managing projects, coordination and cross-functional tasksBachelor’s degree in accounting or financeExperience with SAP and Business Objects; demonstrated financial management and accounting proficiencyUnderstanding of Financial Planning and Analysis or applicable finance/accounting backgroundStrong communication and presentation skills, confident in preparing executive-level materials and leading discussionsAnalytical mindset, able to connect dots between financial and other processes (e.g., operations, marketing and sales)Proactive, able to anticipate team member needs at different organizational levelsAbility to operate in a remote team, ensuring alignment toward team goalsExperience with Excel, SAP, Power BI and BW; curious about linking financial with other processesWhat’s in it for you?
