Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join a rapidly growing, privately-owned SME experiencing sustained year-on-year growth, with ambitious expansion plans on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a broad, hands-on role responsible for running the day-to-day finance function while supporting business performance and decision-making.You will take ownership of core finance activities, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial control, and providing meaningful insight to the leadership team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the end-to-end finance function, including month-end close and management accountsPrepare monthly management accounts with clear commentary on performance and variancesLead budgeting and forecasting processesOversee cash flow management, including forecasting and working capital optimisationMaintain balance sheet integrity through regular reconciliationsOversee AP/AR and transactional finance activities where requiredPartner with stakeholders across the business to provide financial insight and support decision-makingLiaise with external accountants, auditors, and advisorsIdentify and implement improvements to financial processes and controlsAbout YouExperienceProven experience as a Finance Manager within an SME environmentStrong background in management accounts and financial controlExperience across both transactional and commercial financeComfortable operating in a hands-on role, either standalone or within a small teamSkills and CapabilitiesStrong Excel ..... full job details .....
