You will provide direction, support, and motivation to the team members, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure effective communication within the team. This is a tactical role with direct accountability for month end processes and Management Accounts (including year end audit and Annual Accounts support) ensuring compliance with financial regulations and the deadlines within the team, producing reports and working with the FPandA team to provide variance and trend analysis.
