Are you an experienced Finance Manager who enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems and improving the way a business operates? We''re partnering with a growing, projects-based business in Halifax that is looking for a hands-on Finance Manager to take ownership of its finance function and bring greater structure, accountability and control. This is not simply a BAU Finance Manager role. The business needs someone who can step in, understand what''s happening, work through the backlog, establish better processes and become the key link between finance and the wider business. It''s an opportunity for someone who enjoys having an impact and isn''t afraid to roll their sleeves up. The Role Reporting to the Group MD, you''ll take ownership of the day-to-day finance operation and work closely with the existing team to improve how the function operates.
