This is a key leadership role within the business, responsible for delivering accurate financial information, maintaining strong controls and supporting commercial decision making.This position will suit an experienced Finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational and commercial teams and who thrives in a hands on environment.The RoleAccounting and ComplianceFull responsibility for maintaining accurate accounting books and recordsPreparation and submission of monthly management accounts in line with reporting deadlinesProduction of weekly reporting and key financial data analysisPreparation of month end supporting schedules and reportsDaily and weekly cash flow forecasting and monitoringOversight and delivery of monthly and weekly payrollCompletion of balance sheet reconciliations in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with VAT, statutory reporting and other regulatory requirementsSupport the Director through the annual audit process and statutory accounts preparationMaintain and continuously improve internal controls and financial processesFinancial ..... full job details .....
